Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation provisions, and available service areas are presented during the applicable subscription process and may be subject to change.
5. Customer Requests and Leads
Customers may submit service requests through BookAHauler. Information submitted through a request may be provided to participating haulers for the purpose of responding to the request and providing hauling services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their requested services.
6. Communications
BookAHauler may communicate with users by email, telephone, SMS text message, or other available communication methods regarding accounts, services, transactions, requests, and other operational matters.
7. SMS Terms
BookAHauler SMS Terms
By expressly opting in to receive SMS notifications from BookAHauler, you agree to receive text messages from BookAHauler at the mobile phone number you provided.
SMS messages may include transactional and service-related notifications, including lead notifications, account notifications, service activity, and other communications related to your use of BookAHauler.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you use.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services from BookAHauler.
